as someone who grew up in the heart of blue bell land,  unless things have changed in the last 6-10 years (since i lived in PA)    what they do best is single flavors (dutch chocolate, vanilla bean...)  most of their 'creations'  were mediocre at best.

I don't think I've ever had a pie inspired ice cream, but I would imagine that chocolate silk pie ice cream would be pretty good.  Cherry might be worth a spoonful or two as well.
