LOL, that was The Osmonds doing a little 'Heavy Rock'.
There's an even better one where they do it wearing full on 70's pimp outfits. I couldn't find it YouTube, but I saw it on AB or something at the time.
It was so disturbing that I still remember it quite clearly.
