GB @ DET
12:30 PM

NYJ @ DAL
4:15 PM

IND @ ATL
8:15 PM

Disgusted

I do all the cooking and then of course we eat so I'm out of commission through about 4:30 eastern.  The most compelling match-up at this point is GB @ DET (whoudathunkit?) and there's no chance I'll see more than a dozen or so plays of that one.

The other two games aren't exactly must-see-tv.

It's time to lose Detroit and Dallas and make educated selections based on potential.

I don't know about the other games, but I'm pretty sure that after watching the Indiana@ATL game, most people will probably be thinking that must have been what the War Against Grenada looked like, except the game lasted a bit longer.

Packers Eek Dance Headbang

And my fantasy team should do well with Payton Manning and Wayne vs Atl.  Also, Barber vs the Jets so that should make those games somewhat interesting.

But Thanksgiving is going to be weird anyways this year.  My parents are going to DC and NYC for vacation the entire week.  So my wife, brother, son and I are eating at my in-laws in Chichasha.  I'm glad my brother will be in town but no thrilled about spending the day at the in-laws.  Nothing against them or anything it will just be boring.  And my father in law wants to take me hunting.   Disgusted  I think for quail I'm not sure.  I haven't been hunting since I was a pre-teen and never really liked it.  So yeah I can't wait. I plan on being drunk by noon (family traditions and all), so maybe that will make the games more compelling.

Ditto.

Is the Indy Atlanta game on The NFL Network?  That's bothersome.

Let me guess:  You're also in that same camp of people that want to ban Santa Clause because he's a bad example to fat kids.

Back on topic:  What's the menu whisker du?  Traditional?  Or do you go all Corn Beef and cabbage on it?

IND v. ATL is on the NFL network.

Santa Clause is Christmas not Thanksgiving.  Get with the *goshdarn* program.   Devil

Thanksgiving is traditional American turkey, mashers, gravy, corn, green beans, etc.  Mandatory in my opinion.  No deviation allowed.

Sorry AM.  No offense intended.   Wink

But Detroit does suck.   Shocked

Maybe.  You won't win them all but at least it'd be better than throwing a patsy at the Cowboys and having a tryptophan moment watching the Lions.   Devil

BTW, Chargers v. Bears would probably be a good game.
