Oh right.... Heroes.. nevermind I expect we'll get this series down here in about 2 years from now. Heck I'm watching Boston Legal from 2004, and they aren't re-runs.

Really? I had no idea. I figured to day with bradband, satalite, etc...... Ayy-Thang was instant global. FWIW, I just "found out" about B.L. I only have a few episodes under my belt.

Speaking of B.L. when are they supposed to be back with new episodes? (These mid season hiatuses the networks like to pull piss me off.)

Is it a permanent move to Sunday? (The arguments against DVR continue to weaken.)

You'd expect with all this new fangled teknology, we'd get most things not too long after they air over there. We only have three 'Commercial - Free to Air' stations and two that are basically 'Non Commercial', these are heavily supported by the Government (without the Fascist Propaganda). The programming on the Commercial Networks mostly consists of reality TV, Big Brother, Australian Idol, Biggest Loser, and other programs of that ilk. Anything else that is remotely good generally screens later in the evening after the main demographic has gone to bed. The one program that I'm digging right now is 'Criminal Minds'

Yeppers. I've been using the pc (mostly for Feckin' Spongebob ........ I had that prick set on "record series", I had S.B. coming out of the rafters, some 39 Gawt Tamm hours 'til I got it shut off) Other than that, I'm gettin real close to the actual DVR.
