I just finished off the cranberry dressing (stuffing) here. It was delicious for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And Kev and I finished off the mashed potatoes for lunch. How 'bout you guys?

Speakin' of taters, we did ours with cream cheese, and sour cream blended in.
Good Eats.

Actually, no, not this time. Mashed potatoes topped with turkey and gravy. Almost had some for a snack last night, but decided to just have a bigger breakfast today.

I finished off some turkey and sweet tater casserole earlier - mmmm mmmmm good As for being stuffed yesterday - mission accomplished! We fried 3 turkeys (2 cajun spiced, 1 butter and lemon pepper), a pig in an orchard (pork tenderloin with apples in the middle and a sweet thai pepper glaze), had 3 varieties of stuffing, mashed taters, sweet tater casserole, green bean casserole, a broccoli/cheese/rice dish, rolls, salad, and cranberry sauce. Dessert was two pumpkin pies, one pecan pie, and one cherry pie. I had a serving of everything but the cherry pie :bug: Wow was I stuffed. Oh - and my bacon wrapped bread sticks for an appetizer were a hit! Of course anything with bacon....

Soon to be your local trash man.
I don't play golf anymore. Well, maybe I do sort of. I quit keeping score, started drinkning beer and I started playing better.

question for the turkey friers out there (not that I plan to do one anytime soon...)
just curiosity from small pan frying things.....
frying oil + wet object = spatter and boilover potential.
how the feck do you get a thawed turkey dry (it's naturally wet and moist!)... or do you just lower it in thawed and wet and hope for no disaster ?!?!

My wife made a pie crust and combined the green bean casserole, stuffing and turkey with some gravy, topped the "pie" with mashed potatoes, it was almost better than the real deal...........
