Come on Eagles.
Why are you and Nat. against the Pat.s perfect season?
I guess partly 'cause I've never been a fan of theirs. And I guess partly 'cause, if there was another team to go undefeated, I'd prefer the circumstances to be a bit different. I'd prefer it to be with a different head coach and qb.
If you don't like the Pat.s, I can see that, everybody has teams they "don't like".
The coach controversy I can see. Sorta (spygate)
Other than the Queens, who would it be?
I'm a fan of Brady. In fact, I'm confounded that he doesn't get the respect he deserves. (fodder for another thread, and I may start it)
I hope they run the tables.
It's not that I don't like the Pats per se, just that they've never been a team that I've expressly cheered for.
Though part of it, spygate isn't the whole issue, it's more attitude. I'd like to see a coach like Dungy get it, a coach who's humble. Belichick is a rather arrogant guy. I'd rather see someone else get it.
I don't deny that Brady's good. Maybe not as good as so many people say he is, but he does have talent. Again, there's an attitude issue.
When Moss was with the Vikes, it was great. I don't think it was a wise trade, but he had attitude problems. Because he was a Viking, I wanted him to do well and cheered for him. But I didn't condone the way he comported himself, and because of that, well, my fan status wasn't all it could have been, I guess you could say. Looks he's changing for the better, and I like that.
I guess I wouldn't mind any team to go undefeated so long as the head coach and the (can't think of the word right now) morale leader(s) have good attitude.
