Interesting lineage?

Oh no, Americans love their Irish ancestry and the Irish love their American offspring.  Pissing on that statue might get you killed.

Threadjack story re: Wexford and pissing.  Last time I was down there was after my grandmother's funeral.  My cousin and I had made it there somehow and watched a match in a pub.  We decided it was lager day and proceeded to try all the guy had on draught.  He was kinda bent with us after a bit as he thought we were saying his pints were bad - people don't switch mid-session there.  Anyway, we had to ride the slow bus back up the coast road to get to Gorey.  About halfway I was set to burst.  The bus stopped at a wide spot in the road to pick up a woman and I told the bus driver I was getting off to visit a hedge.  If he wanted to wait for me I'd appreciate it but if he felt he had to leave that'd be fine too.  And when is the next bus due please?  He waited but must have been on a tear about useless Yanks as when I got back on the bus I caught it from pretty much every old one on board.  Didn't matter.  That was the greatest piss of my life.  I still remember it fondly.

As far as I know, no one of note.

My mom has gone way back on both sides of my family, nothing really interesting.  My fathers side of the family are irish, my great grandfather immigrated to Boston from Belgium where he worked as a fisherman and cigar roller.  Somewhere between Ireland and Belgium, a surname change from Chambers to Campers took place and no one way is really sure why. 

On my moms side, her mother was a Sicilian immigrant, so little is known.  Her fathers family goes way to England, with a long history in the states.  There was a time when it was believed we were also related to Jesse James, but it turns out this Jesse was a female, and died a few years before the other more famous Jesse died.

Imagine that, we are probably related, afterall.

Perhaps my most well-known ancestor is Augustus Blader IV, who almost saved the passenger pigeon from extinction and at one time had the largest collection of mammalian baculum in the western hemisphere.
