Whew! Our turkey is now in the oven. It'll be a while. (22 lbs.) errmmm , uh.... isn't 22 pounds something like... 6-8 hours ?

Any tweaks to the recipe for next year? nope, dont think so, it was great other than maybe being the slightest bit overcooked. maybe 15 minutes less next time. it was hard to judge, we haven't cooked a bird in this oven before. just went by the directions....
