Whew! Our turkey is now in the oven. It'll be a while. (22 lbs.) Fried ours, done in an hour. no frying of turkeys allowed!

Inject it w/ cajun butter seasosing and fry it in peanut oil. You'll never go back to baking a turkey again. And it only takes 4-5 minutes a pound to cook.

I've heard great things about frying turkeys, but I've yet to taste one. Day 2: Our turkey carcass is now boiling away to make soup.
