Move south

Dude, I used to live in England, then Canada, then here.  I've been moving south my whole life and it keeps getting snowier.   Wink

Baby steps. I lived in Buffalo, Chicago, Groton Ct. I said *fudge* it and moved to Dallas. 2 days of snow a year.

I do miss skiing though.

Finally it stops.  For now.

3.5 hours of snow removal today.  I have pillars at the foot of my driveway taller than me.  Taller than spacey even.

El Niņo can kiss my ass.

FWIW, it's snowing here today and we're supposed to get 2"-4". Probably won't take me 3.5 hours to remove.  Devil Wink

Hope you get a break for a while UB.

Calm right now but slated for storms right through the weekend.  According to the papers this morning we were among the worst hit areas.  We get lake effect off the GSL and one area can get dumped on while down the road it's mild.

Two feet in about 12 hours yesterday.  Spacey's three towns and fifteen miles south of me and he got half-a-foot.

Wow!   Shocked

Wish we had that kind of snow.  If it's gonna be winter, and cold as *fudge* up here, we could use some of that.

Oddly, Bountiful, only about 20 miles south, remains relatively unscathed. Maybe 18 inches of snowpack here.

It's crazy.  Down in the main part of Layton and Kaysville it's like you say - maybe a foot.  We've just been in Lake Effect Central for every storm of the past six weeks.  You can literally go three miles north, south or west and see maybe 10-20% of what I have at my house.

The rose bushes in the photo of post #1 are completely buried now.  On the flat parts of my lawn the snow is above my waist (sssshh Clive).  Some of the drifts are neck high (sssshh Clive).  Next to the driveway there I'm having to throw snow seven feet up in order to clear the mounds.

Crazy, haven't seen anything like it in nine years at this house.
