..on a "Golf Forum", does anybody else still build or tinker with actual clubs anymore? I built a set of irons, 3-PW, yesterday and have a new driver to put together. Anyone else?  |

Not recently. All of my tinkering has been motorcycle related. Got the new Wishon catalog today though, it kind of got the old juices flowing. Probably won't buy anything, though. I am trying to make it through an entire year on the same bag. I started in August.

I have 4 drivers that need assembled or are going to get reshafted as soon as my backordered tip weights arrive. I put together some reid lockhart wedges last week, I am hoping to get to the range in the next couple of days to give them a try.

Yeah, I still do a little bit. I'm trying not to change the golf bag contents, save for the hybrid (still looking to replace an SMT Avocet) and reshafting the 5-wood. I have 4 drivers that need assembled or are going to get reshafted as soon as my backordered tip weights arrive. What do you need? I've got a good supply on hand. |

Never got into club building but I fancy new drivers. I just let the professionals put them together. The rest of my bag is set for the year but still on the magical driver hunt.

I haven't for a while now but need to either redo my irons or build some new ones. Need to change shafts, maybe a more forgiving head. I would like to try a new driver but that would also mean I would have to play. Probably the same reason I haven't done anything with the irons yet.  |
