But you're living in a dream world if you think it will make a real difference. EDIT: Incidentally, if there was some governmental glass ceiling that prevented me from buying a big ass yacht and new breasts for my wife (or get a new wife for that matter  ) - whats my motivation to start that business and succeed? The problem is how better to share that success with the employees that helped make it happen. Some have done admirable jobs of sharing stock and other bonuses - others have been shameful in their tactics. |

The point was that they didn't consider themselves 'rich' - they never said they were 'poor'. Its a difference kind of insanity I'm pretty sure we're on the same page but the article used the word poor. In any case it's a sad commentary and I guess proves that money can't buy happiness and is indeed a different kind of insanity. |

The reward of being your own boss is enough for a lot of people that start businesses even if they don't get super rich. |
