I didn't mind him as much as I mind Childress.  He was at least willing to change strategies when plan A wasn't working.

Childress is so twerpy looking it's funny he's a football coach.

Actually, I think Tice good a bad rap in Minny.  he wasn't a bad coach, IMO, though he did seem to lose control of the team that final year.

My wife's a big time Steeler fan as well and she's said from the start of the season Bill's heart wasn't in it this year.  She's ready to see him axed as well....amazing ain't last year superbowl champion and this year cannon fodder.... Grin
