Pulled out the old PC, plugged in the modem, and after some download/driver installs, I'm back online. Man what a tough stretch. Main PC is dropped off, and I hope he'll look at it tomorrow.(he was at the Twins debacle today  ) |

I didn't really follow your computer trouble thread in FGI. Too many cooks in that kitchen. If all else fails, I'd suggest some gasoline and a match.

I didn't really follow your computer trouble thread in FGI. Too many cooks in that kitchen. If all else fails, I'd suggest some gasoline and a match.

Does that mean: format:/ C ? That would be my assumption. If the guy knows what he's doing he ought to be able to slave the hard drive to another machine and retrieve any of your files before he wipes it clean though. |
