1) Doesn't matter, it's all the same when it's ground up small enough 2) Grilled near incineration 3) Depends on the other toppings and type of mustard being used 4) Chili, sauerkraut, chopped onions, sweet relish, cheddar cheese, pickles, not necessarily all at the same time 5) 6)
