Best Stones song

Tough call for me. Angie is always right up there. Blinded By Rainbows kicks ass. Fool To Cry kicks ass. I, unlike the rest of the civilized world, think Emotional Rescue kicks ass. Wild Horses kicks ass. Definitely more of a ballads guy when it comes to The Stones. Their "rock" is good but not great IMO although there are a few that get me going. Those are just the top of my head though. I'm missing many good songs here. Tell me your favorites.

My daughter's favorite is Paint it Black because she can play it on Guitar Hero. I don't think I could pick one and call it my favorite but I'll add Sympathy for the Devil.

Here's my favorite song from Emotional Rescue. They can't seem to make up their minds. A few years later, they released "She Was Hot".

This is a very, very difficult contest. They have such an incredible record of genius and creativity. Awe inspiring, really.
Satisfaction-- Was my mantra for a while, while trying unsuccessfully to get a date with a gal on the university golf team for almost a full semester. To some degree, I took up golf as a way to find a connection to her. But, alas, unrequited.
My favorite Stones album was Some Girls. Again, a woman was involved...one with a limitless reservoir of passion. I could tell you more about her, and would like to, but a gentleman never tells.

Does anybody else think that the opening riff to "She's So Cold" sounds the same as the one on this song from this classic movie?

Tough Call. #1 for me has always been a tie between Gimme Shelter. And Sway from Sticky Fingers. "It's just that demon life has got you in its sway" Hand of Fate is near the top of my list. The Black and Blue album (which Hand of Fate is from) is one of my faves. It also contained good songs like the very funky... Hey Negritaand the very emotional (songs about daughters on knees do it every time) thumbs up UB! Fool To Cry.

For me, it's either Sympathy for the Devil or You Can't Always Get What You Want depending on my mood.

There are tons of great Stones songs, but the first one that popped into my head was "Sympathy for the Devil".
And "Beggar's Banquet" is their best album by far.
