Yes, took a portion of the afternoon off  Cheesy - have a meeting so I had to come back before the end.

Rovers must have got cussed at halftime - they came out with purpose.  But Arsenal had regained control by the time I left.  Still too close though, as I don't trust Lehman in the net  Embarrassed Wink

So did you finally spring for Setanta?   Shocked

Scotland surrenders.

"F" the Fox Soccer Channel for not carrying the game here!

Please someone continue with the PBP.  Cry

Sorry Seamie.  Just watched the rest of it and you didn't miss much.  Arsenal started strong.  Blackburn responded at the end of the first half.  Bentley had a number of fine crosses but nobody could get on the end of them.  Nice free kick that almost stranded Lehman too.  Arsenal went into 'two passes too many' mode in the second half.  They play a beautiful game but when they get carried away it's *goshdarn* painful to watch.  Adebayor had a good few chances and Flamini should have scored.  Friedel played an outstanding game though.  He must have had 5-6 bona fide saves.  Both goals were breakdowns on defense, not his fault, nobody could have stopped them.  Hleb was very good.  Best Arsenal player on the pitch.  Fabregas is a great player but he needs to lose his Iberian penchant for whining and diving and being a petulant bitch.

So, how that's in a nutshell?   Wink

That's close.  You forgot the "*fudge* off Yank" bit they always add at the end.

Not yet - gotta prepare for re-wiring before I setup an install.  And I'm fuggin lazy so I have no idea when that will be.

Went to Pujols' place for a late lunch - they have it.  Cool

Fabregas is a great player but he needs to lose his Iberian penchant for whining and diving and being a petulant bitch.

The lad does get abused though - frustrated defenses tackle him hard time and time again.  Then again, he does stand there and invite it.  Needs to stop being 'surprised' when it happens.
