i dont know which is more sad and troubling:

people knowingly elect officials who are either this corrupt or ignorant of how the constitution is setup

or

people are too dumb to know how the constitution works and elect officials who are either this corrupt or ignorant of how the constitution is setup

I personally consider it one of those inalienable rights endowed by our creator: Life, liberty, pursuit of happiness and lapdances....

That being said, you can't get one in Utah.
