Jeebus! Can't anybody get a point across in just a paragraph or two? lol. stroh friendly version mccain abandoned his marital commitment to achieve personal, financial, and political gain. he is from a party that relishes chanting about the sanctity of marriage, etc.

Two people go through literally shattering physical and mental trauma's while separated for 5 years and find out they're both changed people and the marriage crumbles as a result.
I'm gonna say this ones a tad out of bounds, although I do have to admit that it's funny that there were more divorces by FAR in the Republican field than the Dem.

I agree, it's not really relevant. More appropriate criticism of McCain's hypocrisy is his opting out of his own finance reform law after applying to be subject to it, and his lobbyist and special interst laden staff...after railing against special interests for the last 157 years.

It's weird: McCain has pretty much gotten a pass from The Librul Media for changing positions on all sorts of things in an attempt to make himself more palatable to The Base. Turns out The Base for Republicans is alot less influential than The Lunatic Fringe for Dems, who never forgave CLinton OR Edwards for voting for the war before they voted for it some more...
