It seems to work pretty well. I'm sure it will need tweaking going forward, but I wanted to see how it works.
So, I'll leave it up to the user on whether or not they want the word censor.
The language filter is set for your accout under:
Profile -> Look and Layout Preferences -> Leave words uncensored
