Well, a real conservative should have been too smart to blame the current economic troubles on the governments deficit spending (he cheapened the article just a bit with that pandering play) - but, its a good article otherwise.  A lot of former 'conservatives' are still conservatives, but the republican party has abandoned them (me).  I don't know what to call the republican party anymore.  I just know its not mine.
