Just lost 3 bucks an hour. That's close to 10k per year. Now it's personal.

If you drank one less coffee an hour you'd make up the 3 bucks you just lost

You had to take an actual pay cut or is this your "effective pay" based on the rising cost of McDonald's value menu?

Actual pay cut. No longer paying for one of my certified abilities. Translation: You are not regularly scheduled in both modalities,(even though I perform both) so you will no longer receive that pay. You will continue to "help out" in that modality. [read: for free.] Cost cutting by language. *bunghole*s. Dude, do you work 60 hours a week??
49 hours 1 week. 52 hours the next. 8 hours every other Saturday paid at doubletime. Dude.
Lighten up Francis.

Sorry. Trying to lighten up the mood. Been dealing with some really depressed people lately at work.

FTR: I'm glad I have a job. I have a good job, I make decent money. I didn't get laid off, like some of our brothers here. I don't have to take a 50% cut like the Southwest people.
They took an easy swipe, and I'm not convinced it's not "selective".
I was pissed at the time. My post was a reaction to that. I'll be more than fine. If nothing else, it gave me a quick shot to remember that some of us here have had to endure a much deeper cut.
